this is ~4.1ghz CPU, 3ghz NB 1.72ghz memory - i'm surprised by the difference (the CPU and memory were not the important part, it was the NB speed)
as you can see, there was a small boost from the memory being clocked higher, but the majority of the increase was the NB
cpu speed is not as important
and here we see that 1t can help quite a bit (but this specific ram isn't stable at 1t)

There's an option within MaxxMem to run it in high priority. It seems this does, in fact, give you better results (at least in my case).
Higher CPU/NB speed is better.
