I think there is not much to discuss. Barteh proposed "frame" is perfect. The problem is "content". Omnom, since he had his own board, got isolated and I discovered it by chance. Other boards, I had a look to once and forgot. May be there is something interesting coming up time by time. UG, FEET and a possible FURRY are just jokes, disturbing some time. Better more tolerance in a single big MG. I can take and ignore the bearded men, the same for some makeup and shit like that. You don't like? skip!

The CSS file in the OP post has been updated. It's the CSS from chansluts (Male General will have the same navigation) so you can edit it and imagine what the changes would look like. You can try doing with barteh did too.

If no one else submits anything barteh will be the winner.

I'm wrapping this up on the 8th.

1) Comment area should be light gray or white. Current colour is uncomfortable.

As for the comment posting form, if i remember correctly it doesn't have its own value, so changing its color would also change all other input fields.

The idea is to give /MG/ users a way to push down threads that the most don't like, up to spill them to /UG/ and viceversa.
MOD may accelerate and force the process.

1. use sage if you don't like the thread, that way you tell people you don't like it and the thread doesn't bump.
2. if you followed the link i had posted in >>80 you'd see that we had been planning to add a thumbs up and down feature for a while now. the fact that we have a total of .25 programmers for the site doesn't help the speed of implementation.

I thought that the sage option was neutral, in any case it is vanished by a simple bump: some time ago an idiot made a mess in another board, just bumping last threads with his spam.
A thumbs up/down system should primarily avoid this, all the rest are details and I think/hope the main design is already defined.
hover your mouse over the text it works but why? is this the supposed way to work? how do you get that dotted box? Where are these posting hints documented?

Current number of lines is not a problem, more will be added if necessary.
It would be nice to have more than 39 characters per line, some boards have 50.
A larger posting box would also allow for more advertising/banner space in current design.
