Perhaps one day we could be those cute anime boys that we see on the TeeVee. Just gotta turn that ADHD into workout energy, and make sure that your snacks don't have too many added sugars or cholesterol.
I mean, you don't have to leave the house to do dips over your kitchen counter, right?

Another thing from this anon — for those with young siblings/nephews/illegitimate aunts/uncles, etc. — make a habit out of pushing them on the baby swings and ducking under the swing before it hits you. Only did that for 20 min. and my legs were crying the next day. Would do again.
